Kahnawake is one of the territories that belong to the Mohawk Nation, in Quebec, Canada. The area of the place is only 48.05 square kilometers! The Commission has provided three of the brick-and-mortar poker room in Kahnawake gambling licenses. Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is responsible for the appointment of the members. As of now, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission provides four types of licenses and these are issues according to the Regulations for Interactive Gaming which was established in 1999 by the Commission.
Interactive Gaming License (IGC), Key Person License (KPL), Client Provider Authorization (CPA), and Secondary Client Provider Authorization (Secondary CPA) are the four types of licenses issued by the Commission.
